Our Firm

MOKPOON is a licensed law firm located in Beijing China and specialized in representation of both domestic and foreign clients in respect of intellectual property, civil affairs, real estate, investment, international trade and immigration issues etc.

 

MOKPOON has two divisions taking care of intellectual property issues and other legal matters separately. The IP division takes charges of preparation, fling and prosecution of trademarks, patents, copyrights and related matters. The practice also includes assisting clients exploiting their intellectual property assets by licensing contracts and assignment. Meanwhile, the legal division takes charges of legal services on real estate, corporate and investment, as well as immigration matters etc... Our professionals are active in representing clients in non-litigation and arbitration affairs, the administrative proceedings before relevant authorities, including various levels of the Administration for Industry and Commerce and the Customs, and the litigation proceedings before the Courts as well.

 

Our professionals are very well experienced and most of them had practiced in their fields more than ten years before they joined MokPoon.
