Trademark Matters in Macau

 

 

Macau, as well as Hong Kong and Taiwan, follows a different jurisdiction other than Mainland China, for trademark applications/registrations/litigations.

 

In other words, a trademark registration in China could not cover the three territories in Macau, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and separate and independent trademark applications would be necessary if trademark protections in these three territories are sought.
